Dam: Ch. Aran Isles Flanna NiScolaidhe
Breeder Steve Skolnik
Miniature shows Dancer at age 16 months winning a Group 4 placement. Rarely shown after finishing her championship, she was the #10 Irish Terrier in 1997 according to Canine Chronicle. Her sire was #4 on the same ranking.

Dam: Ch. Cocksure Addid Atraction
Breeder: Robert E. "Bobby" Clyde
"Jiggs" won his first points (a five point major) at age 15 months handled by his breeder Bobby Clyde. Within two months he finished his championship at the Garden State All-Terrier Show. A sweetheart around people, Jiggs was very aggressive towards other male Irish Terriers. He was shown at Montgomery in 1998 - Todd Clyde handling.
Jiggs is big boned and well formed with a flat topline and a flat skull. HIs ears were almost a natural set; Bobby glued them just once. The head piece is typically Cocksure. Quite a different type from Dancer who is racier. His lineage also includes grandfather Ch. Cocksure Standard Bearer and great-grandparents "Bridget" and "Willie" who are listed below.
Jiggs sired the litter featured above.

Dam: Ch. Katie Colleen of Gillmere (whelped 5/2/88)
Breeders: Paul & Peggy Gill
Bridget was only about 8 months old in this shot. She left us at age 14 1/2 not long after Willie departed. Never a show winner, Bridget was our "bedroom dog" since puppyhood. A true terrier, she could not be put with Dancer or any other female. Amazingly she tolerated the audacious assaults of "Cosby" a teacup sized toy poodle (neutered male).

Sire: Ch. Tralee's Rowdy Red
Dam: Ch. Shanahy's Spice
Breeder: Marie Hart
Not particularly typey, "Willie" won on sound construction, sound movement and a beautiful dark red coat. He is shown at age 2 1/2 years finishing his championship with a major, Margery Good handling. Early in his career Jack Dorr put points on him but Margery Good handled him through the critical majors. His litter mate Ch. Shanahy's Cinnamon was a great champion who unfortunately died in whelp. Willie was last shown in Veteran's Class at Montgomery in 1997.
Willie was John's best buddy in the computer room, sometimes ``helping'' with a paw on the keyboard. He went over the Rainbow Bridge at the young age of 12 1/2 on July 3, 2002, a victim of bone cancer.
